Q. Is body structure changeable?
A. There is no concrete in flesh. It is all moving, breathing and changing tissue capable of reclaiming varying degrees of elasticity.

Q. How responsible is gravity on physical structure?
A. The body, like any physical structure, is subject to the laws of physics. Efficiency is dependent upon symmetrical perfection balanced within the field of gravity.

Q. What is meant by tonification?
A. The muscles, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and bones cooperate in a stretch and length process.

Q. Is pain a natural response to movement? A. This signal alerts the body to modify or resist the primary action or function occuring at the time of discomfort.

Q. Does this mean that I should cease the activity altogether?
A. No, this simply means that every activity has it's own unique range of movement that requires balance and tonification to execute the action successfully.

Q. Can this be something that I can do alone?
A. Yes, you can prioritize your daily movements and emphasize stretching the muscles and joints involved in these activities. However, professional guidance is best to start you in the right direction and correct the initial imbalances, as well as increasing comfort.
